Trade Desk Support

Experience:
- 2+ years experience in a trading support environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to radiate calm and professional demeanor at all times in a high-pressure environment
- Extensive knowledge of Windows, SQL and networking
- Foreign Exchange knowledge and experience preferred
- Knowledge of FIX a plus
- Self-motivated, analytical, articulate and strategic

Job Description:
- Operate and support a next generation multi-asset Order Management System and Order Matching System
- First point of contact for banks, broker-dealers and hedge funds with regard to all tier-2 trade issues and IT issues   related to electronic order flow
- Liaise with clients, liquidity providers and the internal business/development groups to facilitate effective solutions
- Setup and proactively manage trading infrastructure to ensure system availability and reliability
- Gain exposure in product management and product design
- 1st shift has the opportunity to build and lead the group. 2nd shift can be part-time
