How to set up the commission calculated by lots?

This is a new feature that allows you to set the commission for trading accounts based on the number of lots traded. You can also customize the commission for different symbols. It is also possible to copy existing commission parameters to other accounts.

Set up the commission calculated by lots

Log in to BackOffice 7, go to the ‘View Account’ and click ‘Edit’ button to find ‘Commission Settings’. Then, select Calculate by Lot in ‘Commission Settings’ and enter the required number in this field.

As shown in the figure, a commission of 2 USD is charged for each lot traded across all symbols. Opening and closing one lot of EUR/USD incurs a total fee of 4 USD.

 

Set different commission for different symbols

Sometimes, it is necessary to add commission for certain symbol, which can be set in ‘Setting By Symbol’. Click the ‘Manage’ button, and then click ‘Select Symbol’, and find the symbol you want to set in the dropdown menu to configure the commission.

For example, you can select XAU/USD, choose Mode ‘By Lot’, and set Fee to 25.

As shown in the figure, a commission fee of 25 USD is charged for each lot of XAU/USD traded. Opening and closing a position of 1 lot of XAU/USD incurs a total fee of 50 USD.

If there are more symbols with special settings, you can continue to add them.

 

How to copy the configured commission settings to other accounts?

On the homepage of the account module, find an account that has complete commission settings, click ‘Copy to’, Then, you can select the attributes to copy and the accounts in the Domain group to copy to, or a specific account.

As shown in the figure, select Commission, as well as domain30 and domain42, then click Copy to copy the configured fee parameter of 1888 to all accounts in domain30 and domain42.
